Terms of Service
Effective date: May 16, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of sliceofthepiemarketing.com (the “Site”) and services from Slice of the Pie Marketing LLC.
1. Services
We provide digital marketing services per separate Statement of Work (SOW): paid ads, SEO, email, web dev, CRO. Scope defined per SOW.
2. Payment Terms
- Audit Sprint: $1,000 one-time, 100% upfront
- Growth Plan: $2,000/mo billed 1st of each month
- Custom Retainer: per SOW with 3-month minimum
- Late payments (15+ days) incur 1.5% monthly fee
3. Cancellation
Growth Plan: 30 days written notice. Custom: after 3-month minimum with 30 days notice.
4. IP
Deliverables transfer to client on full payment. We retain portfolio rights with client approval. Our methodologies remain ours.
5. Performance Guarantee
For $2K+ engagements: if primary KPI doesn’t improve 15% in 90 days, we work free until it does. See Guarantee.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties keep non-public information confidential. NDAs available.
7. Limitation of Liability
Total liability capped at 3 months of fees paid.
8. Governing Law
Oregon. Marion County courts.
