We don’t promise specific rankings or specific ROAS lifts — anyone who does is lying. Here’s what we DO guarantee.
The Slice Guarantee
If, after 90 days of working with us on a $2,000/mo Growth Plan or higher tier, you haven’t seen measurable improvement in the primary KPI we agreed to in your onboarding brief, we work for free until we do.
What counts as “measurable improvement”?
- Booked job rate, lead volume, or revenue moved by 15% or more vs your pre-engagement baseline
- OR cost per result (CPL, CPA, CAC) dropped by 15% or more
- OR primary ranking keyword reached page 1 of Google for local SEO clients
- The metric is whichever was named in your kickoff brief as the primary KPI
How it works
- We document your baseline metrics in the kickoff brief (week 1)
- We define the primary KPI together and the target movement
- We work the 90-day program
- At day 90, we measure against baseline
- If the metric didn’t move 15%+, we keep working at the same monthly rate while not charging — until it does
What’s excluded
- Clients who don’t provide access to required platforms / data within the first 2 weeks
- Clients who reject our recommended changes (we can’t optimize what we can’t ship)
- Major market disruptions (algorithm changes that affect everyone, etc.)
- Engagements where the primary KPI was not agreed on during kickoff
Why we offer this
Because the agency industry is full of people who take money and disappear. We’d rather lose 1-2 engagements per year to this guarantee than be one of those agencies. If you’re serious about scaling, we want you to feel zero risk in working with us.
No long-term contracts
Monthly retainers are month-to-month with 30-day notice. Custom retainers have a 3-month minimum (we need time to deliver) then convert to month-to-month.
